Love doesn't make the world go round. Love is what makes the ride worthwhile. This quote, by Franklin P. Jones, is one definition of love and quite a beautiful one at that.
In this first and in future blogs I'd like to share more thoughts on "just what is love anyway?" Hopefully you'll want to come back to this site with comments or questions on your own experiences. I'd like this to be a place which offers encouragement and advice both from me and others who've been down the same path.
It really doesn't matter your age or sex, if you're a friend, lover, mother, daughter, etc. Each of us need all the help, hope, and encouragement we can get on this thing called love.
After all, as Curtis Judalet wrote, Love is as much of an object as an obsession, everybody wants it, everybody seeks it, but few ever achieve it, those who do will cherish it, be lost in it, and among all, never... never forget it.
